Job Description

Position Title:
Project Coordinator A Project Coordinator is the primary resource to assist the Project Manager with all project responsibilities. This position has support responsibility for specific phases of the project management lifecycle from planning, execution, and project closure. This role will work with Sales, Operations, Finance, and outside partners to complete tasks related to each project. Project Coordinators work directly with clients and will require solid planning, communication, and documentation skills to be successful. Purpose To contribute to the project coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects; ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Job Duties/Description:
Assist the Project Manager with project plans and overall coordination. This includes general administrative tasks, confirmation of all project tasks, budget tracking, invoicing preparation and vendor management. Client Services - Ensure projects and clients are being managed and supported through the life of each project or service event. This will require strong communication and problem resolution skills ensuring each client is supported and satisfied with results. Setup project systems and plan documents. Document project tasks and resource requirements. Assemble and coordinate project staff Maintain project budgets reports Maintain project resource allocation reports. Plan and schedule project timelines Track project deliverables using appropriate tools Provide direction and support to project team Direct administrative support staff Quality assurance Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs Project evaluations and assessment of results
Requirements:
Ideally 1-2 years of project coordinating or administrative/account management/customer service experience. Associate's degree preferred, will look at candidates who have a HS Diploma with relevant work history! Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel Must have's: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Planning and Organizing, Conflict Management, Budget Management, Teamwork, and Adaptability #IND1
Pay:
From $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
