This hybrid opportunity in Eagan, MN is ideal for a seasoned project leader who excels at coordinating stakeholders, managing priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Lead and support complex business projects and programs that span multiple teams, departments, and external partners. Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep work moving forward. Coordinate implementation and onboarding activities for new clients, as well as renewal support for existing clients. Support communication efforts by preparing clear, timely updates for stakeholders across the organization. Assist with resource planning, vendor coordination, contract administration, and budget tracking. Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and help resolve issues that may affect project success. Develop dashboards, KPIs, and value-realization tracking to measure outcomes and support decision-making. Prepare senior-level presentations, reports, and recommendations based on data and project insights. Support PMO governance practices, including stage-gating, RAID management, dependency mapping, and readiness assessments. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to support go-forward planning and alignment across functions. Skills 5+ years of professional project or program management experience. Bachelor's degree; additional relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree. Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional work with multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly. Experience working with internal teams, external partners, and client-facing stakeholders. Ability to analyze information, evaluate options, and support practical solutions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing tasks with attention to detail. Ability to use technology and data to support communication, analysis, and decision-making. Comfort working in a business-led project environment focused on operational readiness and coordination. Preferred Skills Experience in healthcare or managed care. Background supporting complex implementation or onboarding projects. Experience with data-driven decision-making and performance reporting. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Working knowledge of PMO tools and Microsoft analytics tools. Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment with aggressive timelines.
