Mission As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, turnkey solutions that enhance airport operations and safety across Central & Eastern Europe. You will be the driving force behind successful project execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, external partners, and customers.
Your mission is to:
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver projects that exceed customer expectations. Build lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. Champion operational excellence by implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive innovation by contributing your expertise to the development of cutting-edge solutions in the aviation industry. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from acquisition through to final acceptance on site, maintaining direct contact with customers. Coordinate all internal activities (design, control system realization, production, documentation, logistics) in close cooperation with department managers to ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee and coordinate external contractors involved in projects. Take financial responsibility for project turnover and EBIT, ensuring targets are met. Travel across Central & Eastern Europe to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams. Your Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in project leadership, execution, service business, contracting, and engineering—preferably in the IT sector or airport industry. Technical sales experience and understanding of turnkey projects are strong advantages. Fluency in English and Russian is essential; Finnish or other Eastern European language skills are highly valued. Proactive team player with interdisciplinary thinking and a passion for applying technical and social abilities. Comfortable with responsibility and adept at managing multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and flexibility to deliver within tight deadlines. Solid project management toolkit and a proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments. High level of autonomy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
