Known for its collaborative culture, strong client partnerships, and commitment to safety and innovation, the company specializes in construction management, design-build, and general contracting across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects. Job Description Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Oversee contract administration, procurement, subcontract negotiations, and change order management. Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain schedule and profitability. Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project support staff. Collaborate with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved. Build and maintain strong client relationships that support repeat business opportunities. Participate in preconstruction planning, estimating reviews, and strategic project execution. Ensure projects meet all contractual, safety, and quality requirements. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a general contractor. Proven success managing large-scale or multiple concurrent commercial projects. Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, project controls, and risk management. Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring project teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Experience with healthcare, higher education, industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, or large commercial projects is highly preferred. Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is preferred. What's on
