Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead commercial roofing projects from initial contract handover through final closeout. You will be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and compliant with all safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge of commercial roof systems (TPO/PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, Metal, & Coatings) and excels at managing projects and client relationships simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities Project Execution:

Manage day-to-day operations of multiple commercial roofing projects, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met.

Financial Oversight:

Manage project budgets, track labor costs, process invoices, and negotiate change orders to maximize profitability.

Resource Coordination:

Schedule roofing crews and subcontractors, coordinate equipment rentals, and order materials to prevent job site delays.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce strict OSHA compliance and company safety policies across all job sites.

Client Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, building owners, property managers, and architects.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate project logs, daily reports, photos, and closeout packages.

Estimating:

Provide accurate and timely estimates and scopes of work for prospective projects.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

3+ years of project management experience specifically within the commercial roofing industry.

Technical Expertise:

Thorough understanding of low-slope commercial roof systems (Single-ply, Modified Bitumen, BUR, Metal, Coatings).

Blueprints:

Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications.

Software:

Proficiency with construction project management software (e.g. Bluebeam, AccuLynx, DataForma) & Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, work in varied weather conditions, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Driver's License:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for site travel).
