Job Description

Project Coordinator

•Fire/Water Damage Let's cut to the chase…we are a super cool company! There are many reasons why you would want to work here! First, a little about us; Restoration Network is a fast growing, up-and-coming emergency water/fire, storm damage restoration and rebuilding company who is currently seeking a bad ass Project Coordinator to join our Rockstar crew! This is a full-time year-round position with awesome advancement opportunities. Looking to hire someone who can "turn a frown upside down" and works well under pressure, attention to detail is kind of a big deal and you must be open to learn other aspects of the job…the more you know the more you grow! The work is fun and dynamic. You will be working directly with the leadership team helping them with a mix of projects and support.

What we expect you to know: Effectively communicate with customers Participate in team meetings and provide daily project updates Superior time management and organizational skills Able to act independently, drive results with limited direction and think creatively Ensure team needs are met throughout the project life cycle Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, escalating issues to management as needed Complete daily tasks Complete project documentation with TPA/Insurance Company guidelines and company software Make initial contact and hold relationship with customer Complete compliance tasks Prepare reports for management and others as needed

High Detail Job Accountabilities:

Maintains clean and organized work area at all times. Runs a tight calendar Participates in the collection process of payment from customers. Complete special assignments as requested by Supervisor. Coordinate activities, resources, schedules, training, equipment and information Participate in on-going problem solving and practicing continuous improvement of the department and company as a whole. Participate in Goal Setting and Review, All Team Meetings and as many other opportunities as possible to engage with the rest of the team.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a coordinator and restoration experience is a strong plus (but must be willing to learn a new process) Experience in organizing multiple projects at same time Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility Experience with DASH and TPA's a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Company Benefits include: Health Insurance

A typical shift for this position is 7:30am

•4pm, Monday

•Friday. However, you must be able to contribute to the on-call rotation for holidays, weekdays, and weekends.
