Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee and execute capital infrastructure projects within a diverse facility portfolio. Our team values organized project management that drives successful results, ensuring all improvements are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Deliver multiple concurrent infrastructure projects, including HVAC replacements, electrical upgrades, roof and building envelope improvements, and major equipment installations. Manage all phases of project delivery, from design development through construction closeout and commissioning, maintaining quality and compliance. Oversee contractors and construction teams, ensuring work meets specified standards and safety requirements while minimizing disruption to daily operations. Track and control project budgets and schedules, addressing issues proactively and coordinating necessary activities with stakeholders.
Required:
Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Demonstrated project management experience in construction-related projects. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage administrative duties. Ability to review shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders for technical accuracy and cost impact.
