We're looking for someone who understands commercial flooring and construction, knows how to measure and take off jobs, and can confidently manage projects from start to finish. Responsibilities Manage commercial flooring projects from bid through completion Perform and review job measurements, takeoffs, material quantities, and labor requirements Prepare and manage commercial bids, estimates, proposals, and change orders Read and interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work Coordinate with customers, general contractors, vendors, installers, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other internal departments Manage material ordering, scheduling, deliveries, and installation Monitor project costs, timelines, materials, labor, and profitability Address jobsite issues, scope changes, installation concerns, and project discrepancies Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure projects are properly closed out Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong communication with customers and contractors Qualifications Commercial flooring experience required Commercial estimating and bidding experience required Experience with flooring measurements and takeoffs required Strong understanding of commercial flooring and construction Ability to read construction plans and specifications Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently RFMS experience is a strong plus Clean driving record and Valid driver's license and reliable transportation We're looking for someone who knows commercial flooring and construction, understands how to put together a solid bid, and can take ownership of a project once it's awarded. You should be comfortable working with contractors, customers, vendors, and internal teams while keeping projects organized, on schedule, and profitable.
