As a Technical Project Manager Supervisor, you will create and execute project plans, manage resources, and track progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, you will lead multiple complex projects, provide mentorship to other project managers, and collaborate with IT teams, business, and third-party vendors to achieve project objectives.
Responsibilities:
Assigns work, sets priorities, and monitors performance of project management staff Oversees development and tracking of project plans, schedules, and budgets Ensures project activities align with standards, procedures, and methodologies Resolves routine delivery issues and escalates more complex risks Coordinates vendor activities and reviews deliverables Provides performance feedback and supports employee development
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant, equivalent work experience required 6-8 years of project management experience, including supervisory responsibiles Experience leading multiple large projects with budgets over $200,000. Experience delivering IT products and services. 3-5 years of Agile experience. Microsoft Office skills (Project, SharePoint, OneNote). Demonstrated ability to impact and influence a diverse population. Demonstrated ability to support, affect, and implement change. Experience interacting with and managing expectations of senior level management.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range:
$102,800 - $176,000 Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. Not ready to apply yet?
