Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team in supporting innovative product development initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact project success. Responsibilities Execute operational project plans and deliverables to support new product development programs. Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate with external vendors, ensuring timely material deliveries and accountability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R D, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain. Maintain project plans using tools such as MS Project or Planview. Prepare status reports and lead working meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders. Clarify design intent during interactions with vendors and partners. Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant project coordination experience. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Planview. Preferred Skills Experience in the medical device industry. Knowledge of FDA QSR and
ISO 13485
standards. Background in vendor management and coordination. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on effective execution in ambiguous situations.
