Full-Time Summary:
Seeking a technically oriented Project Manager to oversee high-volume energy efficiency and building systems projects across multiple locations. This role requires hands-on problem-solving, coordination with field teams and subcontractors, management of project financials, and ownership of projects throughout the full lifecycle. The ideal candidate has experience managing multi-site projects in HVAC, building systems, lighting, controls, or related technical environments and is comfortable troubleshooting operational challenges rather than solely tracking schedules and deliverables.

Mandatory Skills:
Project management experience in HVAC, building systems, lighting, controls, construction, facilities, or a related technical field Experience managing high-volume, multi-site or multi-unit projects Experience coordinating and managing third-party vendors and subcontractors Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in technical project environments Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills Understanding of project financials, budgeting, profitability, and change order management Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Experience presenting project plans and status updates to customers and stakeholders Ability to travel up to 10% for site visits and project support
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted Experience managing project lifecycles from initiation through closeout Experience working with contractors, vendors, and installation teams Preferred experience in lighting, electrical systems, LED technologies, controls, automation, facilities operations, or energy efficiency projects
