Job Description

An excellent company is seeking a Commercial Drywall Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking to advance their career with a respected leader in the industry.
Commercial Drywall Estimator Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Drywall Project Managing , specifically with metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, and trim and door work (subcontracting experience preferred). Proficient in estimating software such as On Screen Takeoff, Edge, Wind Bid. OSHA Certification and bilingual abilities (preferred but not required). Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost and labor estimates for commercial drywall projects. Collaborate closely with project managers and superintendents to review contracts and ensure smooth project handoffs. Create, manage, and review project budgets, ensuring all estimates align with client expectations and project scope. Communicate daily with clients, project teams, and subcontractors to address project details and pricing changes. Prepare and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and Change Orders as needed. Estimate and manage commercial projects ranging from $500K to $10M, including restaurants, warehouses, and retail spaces.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $80K - $120K (commensurate with experience).
