Job Description

As the Manager - Portfolio, you will directly support the Strategy Realization Office (SRO) by ensuring effective governance of the entire Enterprise project/product portfolio. You will ensure the portfolio is aligned with the business objectives, prioritized, resourced, governed, and the performance analyzed and communicated. Additionally, you will ensure the cross-functional dependencies between projects and products efforts are connected and coordinated.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the approval, planning, prioritization, development, and implementation of enterprise project and product efforts Responsible for developing, establishing, and standardized project management methodologies and procedures Responsible for proactively identifying bottlenecks before they disrupt timelines Responsible for efficient allocation of team members based on skills and capacity Responsible for using metrics to accurately predict project completion dates Responsible for fixing the underlying systemic issue when a failure occurs, rather than just treating symptoms Responsible for enabling projects/products to achieve a return on investment and meeting the goals and objectives of the organization Responsible for developing and maintaining the enterprise project and product governance processes and standards to enable effective portfolio management Responsible for establishing a comprehensive internal audit program aligned with the required
SOX Controls Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree - Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain required; Master's Degree preferred Licenses/Certificates/Designations - PMP, SCRUM Master, Agile Product Owner preferred 5-7 years of experience as an Agile Product Owner & Scrum Master, Six Sigma Required to communicate effectively with project teams, product teams, stakeholders, executive management. Customer Focused Demonstrated Leadership Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Change Management Continuous Improvement Process Mapping, Capacity Modeling, Data Analysis Critical Thinking Analytical Ability Ability to Work Independently Ability to travel up to 25% #LI-MB1
