Experience:
Mid Level Salary:
$140,000 - $200,000 per year Job Details - 10-15 years of construction project management experience, preferably within heavy civil or underground utility construction. At least 7 years of experience managing projects involving underground utilities, large-diameter pipelines, pump stations, or heavy civil infrastructure. Proven experience managing projects valued at $10M-$50M or more. Strong knowledge of gravity sewer, force mains, water mains, 48"+ large-diameter pipelines, deep excavation, shoring, dewatering, and trenchless construction methods. Experience working with FRP/GRP, PCCP, ductile iron, HDPE, and steel casing pipe systems. Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, project budgeting, cost forecasting, change orders, contract administration, and subcontractor management. Experience managing construction projects in active municipal environments and public right-of-way. Ability to coordinate subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, vendors, and municipal stakeholders. Strong client-facing skills with experience leading project meetings and maintaining owner relationships. Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, mechanical, and utility drawings. Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam. Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent field experience will be considered. OSHA 30 certification preferred. PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred. Experience with design-build or CMAR project delivery and estimating is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel as required for project assignments.

This position will have significant responsibility for project execution, financial performance, scheduling, quality, safety, and client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing large-scale underground utility or heavy civil projects, including large-diameter pipelines, pump stations, deep utility systems, and related infrastructure.
