Job Summary:
We are representing a company seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the delivery of multiple capital expenditure projects across a facility portfolio. This position is focused on coordinating infrastructure improvements, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring work is completed to quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple concurrent capital projects from design through closeout, including infrastructure, HVAC, electrical, roofing, and building envelope work. Coordinate contractors and construction teams to help ensure scope, quality, safety, budget, and schedule expectations are met. Review shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders for technical accuracy and cost impact. Conduct site inspections, support project closeout, and track spending against approved budgets while providing status updates to stakeholders.
Required:
Experience managing facility or construction projects with responsibility for budget, schedule, and delivery. Technical understanding of MEP-related work and infrastructure projects. Strong project management skills with the ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed. Experience working in both office/lab and plant or industrial environments. Ability to manage projects involving facility renewal, modernization, maintenance, or large infrastructure work. Ability to work on-site in St. Paul, Minnesota.
