Program/Project Manager Location:

Minneapolis/Wayzata, MN Hybrid 2-3 days a week on site

12 months

Key Accountabilities:

Manage program timelines and deliverables Facilitate program meetings and ensure workstreams are effectively connected Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget. Adhere to internal and external quality standards. Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing. Coordinate and comply with organization change management framework. Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and resolve resource requirements. Implement budget tracking, demand and capacity models, and organize quarterly forecasting. Collaborate with teams to define, develop, and document Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Provide regular updates to leadership and steering committees. Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and project standards. Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum of four years of related work experience Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience. Skilled on managing Agile execution cells, preferred experience on managing workloads migration to the Cloud Experienced on producing and managing integrated plans across multiple partners, stakeholders, ensure rigor and cadence on execution Communication skills - Complex problem-solving and manages complex stakeholder environments #DICE dtelschow@c4techservices.com
