Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and motivated professional to support integrated planning and scheduling activities for critical projects. Responsibilities:

Support the preparation, development, and coordination of integrated plans and schedules to meet program or project requirements. Assist with developing program plans, coordinating schedules across multiple stakeholders, and documenting work statements. Identify and report performance variances, and participate in the review of proposed changes to scheduling baselines. Collaborate with various departments to ensure tool orders align with program needs, develop reports, and share data analysis to drive decisions.

Required:

Minimum 1 year of experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, industrial engineering, business operations, or a related discipline. At least 1 year partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives. Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years of related work experience, a master's degree with typically 1 or more years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
