Steel Fabrication Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee steel fabrication projects from award through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in miscellaneous metals fabrication, although candidates with solid experience in other areas of structural or steel fabrication will also be considered. Responsibilities Manage steel fabrication projects from start to finish Coordinate with customers, engineers, detailers, fabrication teams, and field personnel Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and schedules Track project budgets, schedules, materials, and overall progress Communicate with customers and address project needs or issues Coordinate fabrication and delivery schedules Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Identify and resolve project challenges throughout the process Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience within steel fabrication Miscellaneous metals fabrication experience strongly preferred Candidates with structural steel, ornamental metals, architectural metals, or other steel fabrication experience will also be considered Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and project plans Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Company Offers Strong opportunity for career growth and advancement Employer-paid benefits Discretionary bonus opportunities Strong 401(k) match Competitive PTO plan Long-term opportunity with an established company Send resume to mitchell.guerrieri@gogpac.com for more information
