Development/Construction Management Intern Location:

Kansas City, MO

  • _•This role is onsite in Kansas City_•The NorthPoint Development Internship Program is an 8-10 week experience designed to immerse students in the fast-paced world of real estate and development.

The Development/Construction Management Intern will work on meaningful projects, gaining valuable exposure to the industry while building skills that will carry into their future careers. What You'll Do

+ Assist with project due diligence, including market research and preliminary budgeting.

+ Help track development schedules and update timelines for key milestones.

+ Coordinate and gather bids for pre-construction activities.

+ Support permit applications and organize documentation for approvals.

+ Contribute to project reporting and participate in team meetings. Who You Are

+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor-s degree in civil engineering or construction management.

+ Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Energetic, resourceful, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.

+ Able to approach problems both logically and creatively.
