About the
Role:
The Operations Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of member support services within the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing member onboarding, for coordinating daily operational activities, streamlining processes, and supporting cross-functional teams to enhance member satisfaction, service delivery and perform general office functions. The Operations Associate will analyze workflow, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency. By maintaining accurate records and monitoring key performance indicators, this role contributes to data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. Ultimately, the Operations Associate helps create a seamless experience for both members and internal teams, driving the overall success of the consumer support services department.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling member onboarding and support (youth and adults). Performing day-to-day office tasks such as printing, mailing, and remote support. Managing website content. Communicating with constituents and showing special attention to donor appreciation.
Skills:
The Operations Associate utilizes strong organizational skills daily to manage multiple tasks and ensure operational workflows run smoothly. Analytical skills are essential for interpreting performance data and identifying opportunities for process improvements that enhance member support efficiency. Effective communication skills enable collaboration with various teams and clear documentation of procedures and reports. Proficiency with software tools such as CRM systems and data visualization platforms supports accurate tracking and reporting of key metrics. Additionally, problem-solving skills are applied regularly to address operational challenges and implement practical solutions that improve overall service quality.
Required:
Strong knowledge of computers and basic software, including Chrome Web Browser, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred:
Knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, E-mail Marketing (Ortto), PayPal, QuickBooks, Zoom WorkPlace, AnyDesk remote control, and the Adobe suite.
