About Our Client Headquartered in Kansas City, my client serves as a design-build general contracting firm with a focus on the commercial MEP space. They handle every stage of the project from the conceptual stage until closeout. They primarily oversee HVAC and lighting upgrades in the education and public spaces. Job Description Lead field operations and oversee daily project activities. Drive project execution to ensure successful project delivery. Manage project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel. Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication. Control project budgets, costs, and financial forecasting. Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation. Enforce safety policies and quality control standards. Lead risk management and contract administration efforts. Support field engineering and technical project requirements.
