Energy Panel Structures, Inc. (EPS) is an industry leader in commercial and residential construction with headquarters in Graettinger, IA, and locations in Perryville, MO, Geneva, NY, and Urbandale, IA. With a strong commitment to quality and innovation, EPS is seeking a Commercial Project Coordinator to join our team at our Perryville, Missouri facility. Candidates must be willing to relocate within driving distance of the office location - this is NOT a remote position. As a Commercial Project Coordinator , you will play a key role in moving commercial and multifamily projects from order entry through production. Working from our Perryville, MO office, you will collaborate with District Sales Managers, truss and wall panel designers, dealers, and general contractors to ensure projects are organized, accurate, and progressing on schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. They possess strong communication skills, excel at problem-solving, and are capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and communicate with EPS District Sales Managers throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate project details with truss and wall panel designers. Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers and general contractors regarding project questions. Review and submit shop drawings for trusses and wall panels. Coordinate project information to ensure timely movement from order through production. Respond to job site and project-related questions as needed. Maintain organized project documentation and records. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project timelines and customer expectations are met. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Required Knowledge of general construction practices and procedures. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to travel to job sites as needed. Preferred Associates degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience with commercial or multifamily wood-frame construction. Previous experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a similar role.
