ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Ability to communicate via phone and email with all parties involved in closing transactions which is not limited to borrowers, sellers, lenders and real estate agents. Prepare and determine the escrow requirements for the transaction. Prepare necessary closing documentation to complete the sales transaction. Clear all title requirements needed for transfer of title. Deposit and disburse the funds from closings. Construction Disbursement Business development and company promotion by attending civic and Chamber events Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus Title Insurance License and continuing education or ability to obtain licensing. Three years' Title Insurance experience preferred. The Bank of Missouri is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
