The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from early planning through construction close-out. No two projects here look alike. In a given month you might be coordinating a data center build-out, a healthcare renovation, and a corporate office fit-out. If you like variety and want to see your decisions actually shape a project, this is a good fit. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors throughout each project's lifecycle Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans, flagging risks before they become problems Coordinate across disciplines (structural, mechanical, electrical, civil) to keep design intent and constructability aligned Oversee production and quality review of contract documents through all phases: schematic design, design development, and construction documents Lead construction administration, including submittal review, RFIs, and site visits Manage project fees and job costs, and report status to firm principals Mentor and guide junior staff working on your project teams Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field 5+ years of experience managing architectural projects from design through construction (licensure a plus, not required) Fluent Revit & AutoCAD background.
