Project Manager -

Specialized Manufacturing Role Summary:

Leads cross-functional projects (R D, Regulatory, Ops, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.) to execute corporate strategic initiatives and Maintenance of Business (MOB) projects. Drives PMO processes, risk management, and project governance while reporting to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage New Product Development (NPD), MOB, and strategic business projects across North America. Coordinate cross-functional teams (QC, Validation, Operations). Drive risk management, project governance, and PMO improvements. Lead project planning (scope, schedule, cost) and resource allocation. Present project updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership. Support M&A integration and PMO systems/process enhancements. Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards (FDA, cGMP, ISO, etc.).

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with proven cross-functional project leadership. Strong knowledge of complex manufacturing/processing (experience with aseptic or specialized chemical environments is a plus). Experience with PM tools, ERP systems, and PMO processes. PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and prioritization skills.

Work Environment:

Manufacturing setting involving specialized material handling protocols. PPE required; physical activity (lifting, standing, etc.) is part of the role. Occasional travel and flexible hours as needed.
