What You'll Do:

Drive Project Success:

Lead and manage projects to ensure financial targets are met, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

Build Relationships:

Cultivate strong connections with clients, contractors, and partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Lead Teams:

Direct project teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards from start to finish.

Collaborate:

Work alongside design and engineering teams to develop effective project strategies.

Plan & Execute:

Review construction documents and create detailed project schedules, guiding your team through every phase.

Mentor & Develop:

Coach team members to achieve their full potential and drive overall project success.

Strategize:

Engage in company-wide planning initiatives to align workforce needs with future projects.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

8+ years in mechanical construction project management, ideally with HVAC, piping, or plumbing systems.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in construction management tools (Procore, BlueBeam, P6, Microsoft Office; experience with Viewpoint and Autodesk is a bonus).

Estimating Skills:

Strong background in estimating and resource scheduling.

Detail-Oriented:

Ability to interpret complex construction documents.

Committed:

A strong drive to achieve long-term goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
