The Role As Project Manager, you'll run point on multiple commercial construction projects, working daily with your Project Superintendent and subcontractors to keep jobs on schedule, on budget, and on quality. You'll own contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling, and you'll partner closely with our preconstruction/estimating team

• engaging owners, architects, engineers, and subs on constructability and value engineering as projects move from negotiation to execution.

What You'll Do Build and maintain the master project schedule Manage subcontract and purchase order buyout after project award Develop cost budgets and schedules of values Prepare monthly pay applications Lead OAC and coordination meetings Approve vendor invoices for project costs Deliver monthly project cost forecasts What You Bring Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience 5+ years in construction, design, or project management Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software Ability to read and interpret construction documents A track record of leading teams effectively and positively Self-motivation and adaptability in a fast-moving environment Prior PM experience on large commercial projects preferred Why Codaray Competitive base salary + bonus potential Medical, dental, vision, cancer, accident, and critical illness coverage Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability FSA and Dependent Care FSA 401(k) match up to 5% Truck/vehicle allowance and fuel card PTO + 9 company holidays Employee Assistance Program and referral bonus program Continuing education and company gatherings, virtual and in-person Valid driver's license and favorable driving record required.
