Focused on serving customers in Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, and Alabama. our knowledgeable staff of sales, service, and support personnel is comprised of over 300 employees. SUMMARY:
The Parts and Service Administrator position a will provide comprehensive parts and service writing.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Manage work orders in compliance with the Ten-8 Service flow process. Assist the Service Manager in creating work orders for the shop and local mobile service. Using information provided by the technicians, complete cause, and correction information on the work orders prior to billing customers. High value work orders will be approved by the Service Manager. Provide support by researching and identifying parts that technicians are unable to identify. Accurately identify, record and order technician's parts requests to complete work orders. Monitor orders to anticipate late deliveries and escalate deficiencies to the Service Manager. Submit warranty information in a timely manner to the Warranty Manager. Assist the Service Manager in setting and maintaining inventory levels for the location. Maintain the storeroom and stock in an orderly professional fashion.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Good listener with excellent phone skills. Strong attention to detail and analytical ability. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Prior truck parts and service writing experience. Ability to read parts blueprints and schematic diagrams. High School Diploma or equivalent.OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette. Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships. Ability to prioritize tasks and work quickly and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and analytical ability. Strong problem-solving skills. Strong ability to multi-task without compromise to quality customer service.
