Job Description
About Us Independent Power is an established solar, electrical, and HVAC company expanding our team in Bozeman, MT. Established in Montana in 1996, we pride ourselves on having the best talent, culture, and service in the industry. We're on a mission to provide modern, energy-efficient solutions that power, heat, and cool our customers' homes and businesses. Role Summary We are seeking a Project Manager for residential solar and HVAC projects in the Gallatin Valley. In this role, you will be the dedicated point of contact for our customers across the entire project lifecycle - from contract signing through inspection and closeout. You will own all essential administrative milestones behind the scenes, including local permit submittals, utility interconnection, invoicing, system documentation, and service queue coordination while working closely with field crews to keep projects on track. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and an exceptional communicator. While previous project management experience is a plus, we are open to training someone who enjoys solving problems, working in a dynamic team, and helping customers.
