Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee infrastructure and multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, manage diverse teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Duties Mainly focussed on permitting, planning and estimating Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Manage project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and accountability. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software; coordinate construction schedules to optimize workflow. Oversee construction estimates and budgets utilizing Construction estimating tools and Construction management software; monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle. Review construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with specifications and regulations. Ensure construction site safety standards are maintained in accordance with Construction regulations; conduct regular site inspections. Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, Microsoft Office Suite, and other industry-standard tools for project documentation, reporting, and communication. Monitor progress through project scheduling techniques; address delays or issues promptly to keep projects on track. Conduct quality control inspections; verify that work meets design specifications and regulatory standards. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure and Multifamily construction projects with a strong track record of successful delivery. Extensive knowledge of Construction scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar tools; adept at coordinating complex schedules. Proficiency in construction estimating, cost management, contract administration, and regulatory compliance. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, construction plans and understanding technical drawings. Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with Civil 3D design software; experience with heavy civil or infrastructure projects is highly desirable. Hands-on construction site experience coupled with expertise in construction management software such as ProCore or Prolog. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail; excellent time management skills. Knowledge of construction regulations applicable to infrastructure development; committed to safety standards and quality assurance practices. $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
