C Compensation:
$19.50/hour Contract 3-6 months, Part-Time (32 Hours) About the Role PrideStaff is partnering with a premier organization to find a dedicated Marketing Project Specialist to oversee and execute project requests across leadership levels. This role provides project management and administrative support to ensure marketing initiatives are completed on-target, on-time, and on-brand. What You Will Do Plan and designate project resources, manage schedules, track budgets, and maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders. Lead project management efforts for key strategic initiatives, including the Ideal Guest Experience (IGX), while overseeing department meeting schedules, minutes, and administrative workflows. Monitor project progress and performance to identify improvements, holding cross-functional teams accountable to project scope, timelines, and deliverables. What You Will Bring High school diploma required (Two or four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or Business preferred) with 3-5 years of related professional project management experience. Proven ability to complete projects according to scope, budget, and timeline, learn digital project platforms quickly, and exercise proactive problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
