Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management team. This role involves facilitating communication with clients, coordinating procurement and material orders, and assisting project managers in the field from the home office. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Duties Collaborate closely with project managers working in the field to provide administrative support from the home office. Assist in ordering materials and managing procurement processes to meet project timelines and specifications. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary materials and equipment. Maintain organized records of project documentation, schedules, and communications. Support the planning and scheduling of project activities, ensuring all tasks are aligned with project goals. Monitor project progress and report on key milestones or issues that require attention. Utilize computer skills to update project management software, prepare reports, and handle correspondence efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative support role is preferred. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction and team collaboration. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with procurement processes or ordering materials is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, supporting field personnel from the home office. Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$51,780.86 - $65,359.74 per year
