Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, utilizing tools such as ProCore and Microsoft Office. Coordinate construction schedules, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and subcontractors to maintain momentum throughout project phases. Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost control measures to maximize efficiency without compromising quality. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, construction regulations, and environmental standards. Lead project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering effective communication among stakeholders. Review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and regulatory compliance records. On-Site presence is Required. Skills Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling , and cost management practices. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately. Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced construction environment. Deep understanding of Construction Methods, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. Effective communication skills for coordinating between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Time management expertise to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in project execution.
