Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, budgets, and ensure compliance with all construction regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring all phases are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to coordinate construction timelines effectively. Manage project budgets by tracking costs, forecasting expenses, and implementing cost control measures using HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools. Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project progress updates. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and project tracking. Experience Proven experience managing multi-family and/or commercial construction projects. Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques using Primavera P6 or similar tools. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately. Strong background in cost management, contract administration, and project budgeting using HeavyBid or comparable software. Proficiency in project management software platforms such as ProCore or equivalent for documentation and communication purposes. Pay:
$95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
