Known for its strong reputation, client-first approach, and emphasis on quality and integrity, the company delivers a diverse portfolio of public and commercial projects through increasingly collaborative and Design-Build delivery methods. Job Description Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Ensure all projects are executed within the defined timeline and budget. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables. Manage contracts, procurement, and vendor relationships effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Lead and mentor project teams to achieve desired outcomes. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Manager should have: 7+ years of Project Management experience in construction Background in K-12, higher education, civic, or athletic projects Proven ability to lead projects ranging from $1M-$40M Strong leadership and mentoring experience with junior team members Experience with Design-Build, CMAR, or collaborative delivery preferred What's on
