This individual will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with homeowners and property managers, preparing estimates, closing sales, and overseeing roofing projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining excellent communication with customers and crews. Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing efforts, and community outreach.
- Project Management Coordinate project scheduling and workforce allocation.
- Previous experience in roofing, construction sales, project management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with smartphones, email, and basic computer software.
