Spyglass Talent Solutions, a retained search firm, has been engaged by a Division 9 subcontractor to conduct a search for a Project Manager . Our Clientis a fast-growing Division 9 trade partner specializing in metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, interior demolition, and commercial painting. Founded with a focus on exceptional service and strong client relationships, Our Client has established a trusted niche in healthcare, K-12 education, corporate interiors, and broader commercial markets. With a rapidly expanding portfolio and a strategic commitment to long-term growth, Our Client delivers high-quality work with a collaborative, solution-driven approach. As Our Client continues to scale its presence in the Raleigh, NC area, the company is seeking a Project Manager who can take ownership of multiple drywall and Division 9 projects from planning through closeout. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, an organized and proactive leader, and someone who thrives in a growing, fast-paced environment with significant career advancement potential. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all aspects of commercial drywall, framing, acoustical ceiling, and related Division 9 projects from project award through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, procurement logs, and overall project execution strategies. Serve as the primary point of communication for project stakeholders, including general contractors, subcontractors, architects, owners, and internal teams. Ensure all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Oversee project documentation, including contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports. Manage and supervise field teams and subcontractors, ensuring alignment on productivity, sequencing, and quality expectations. Identify project issues, delays, or risks early; collaborate with the field and operations teams to develop and implement solutions. Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor schedule adherence, safety, manpower, and workmanship. Review costs, track production, and ensure project profitability targets are met. Lead project closeout, including punch list completion, O&M documentation, and turnover deliverables. Participate in internal project reviews and provide feedback to estimating on productivity, pricing, and lessons learned. Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in Construction Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, sequencing, and best practices. Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and documentation. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage diverse project stakeholders. Proven leadership ability with experience managing field teams and subcontractors. Proficiency with project management and document control software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project). Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize deadlines effectively. Willingness to travel locally to project sites as needed.
Pay:
