In addition to roasting some of the finest coffee in the Triad, we carefully source top-quality coffees, equipment, and supplies to create a true one-stop shop for both current and aspiring operators. Proudly based in Greensboro, North Carolina, we bring creativity, expertise, and craftsmanship together to help hospitality businesses thrive. About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Foodservice Equipment Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design and deliver customized equipment solutions for commercial kitchens, restaurants, and coffee operations. What You'll Do Build expertise in our equipment offerings and quoting tools Meet with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions Conduct site visits to gather project details and assess requirements Develop and present detailed equipment quotes for commercial kitchens Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business Manage and update online product listings Monitor and adjust pricing to stay aligned with industry trends Collaborate with internal teams, including warehouse and equipment staff, to ensure smooth order fulfillment Support cross-functional initiatives and assist other teams as needed What We're Looking For Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable using computers and managing multiple tasks simultaneously Quick learner with the ability to master a wide range of equipment products A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Experience in the restaurant or coffee industry is a plus Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and approachable way Why Join Us?
