Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling projects within the greater Charlotte area. This role involves managing projects that include windows, doors, siding, and roofing, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. The Project Manager will coordinate with clients, installers, and suppliers to deliver exceptional service and craftsmanship on each project. Duties Manage all aspects of residential remodeling projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Oversee day-to-day operations on job sites, ensuring projects stay on track and meet quality standards. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle. Supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. Schedule inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. Resolve any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on project timelines. Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, changes, and expenses. Foster positive relationships with clients and team members to promote customer satisfaction. Skills Proven experience managing residential remodeling projects involving windows, doors, siding, and roofing. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards in the Charlotte area. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings related to residential renovations. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing project challenges. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and ensure quality workmanship.
