Newton, North Carolina job type: Contract salary: $25.98 - 36.38 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Associates responsibilities: Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers and teams across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Manage scheduling and logistics, including calendar management, meeting agendas, minutes, stakeholder updates, and interview arrangements.

Oversee the project procurement lifecycle, tracking equipment, inventory, vendor communications, purchase orders, and invoice resolution.

Monitor project budgets and timelines, preparing regular status reports and proactively highlighting potential risks or delays.

Maintain project documentation and databases, ensuring rigorous record-keeping, filing system upkeep, and document version control.
