Durham, NC Target Base Range:

Job Summary The Preconstruction Coordination Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring deployment execution is structured, predictable, and complete. This role exists because deployment breakdowns rarely come from lack of effort—they come from lack of clear ownership across readiness and close‑out. This position brings discipline and follow‑through to several high‑impact deployment areas, including long lead‑time material readiness, construction pacing, billing reconciliation, and project close‑out. Success in this role means sites open without coordination‑driven delays—and finish cleanly once they do. The Preconstruction Coordination Analyst will be a key element in developing the process to enable large scale, distributed build out of an asset network. Key Responsibilities Deployment Coordination & Readiness Coordinate long lead‑time design and readiness milestones for switchboards, canopies, and other critical components Ensure readiness aligns with real construction schedules Maintain visibility into readiness risks and act early You are not measured by activity, but by whether readiness issues ever become construction blockers. Cross‑Functional Execution Serve as coordination hub across Design, Supply Chain, Construction, Operations, and Finance Push for clarity and accountability when ownership is unclear This role frequently operates across incomplete information, tight timelines, and competing priorities—and success depends on knowing when to push. Project Close‑Out & Billing Coordinate complete close‑out packages Ensure billing reconciliation is timely and accurate Eliminate lingering open items A site is not "done" when it opens—it's done when it's cleanly closed out. Process Improvement Support the development and refinement of coordination tools, checklists, and execution rhythms Identify recurring gaps or inefficiencies and proactively propose structural improvements Help build repeatable systems that scale with deployment volume Role Boundaries This role does not : Own engineering design decisions Select vendors or negotiate contracts Lead permitting or utility coordination Pace vendors for delivery of finished goods This role does : Own the coordination, pacing, and follow‑through that ensures these functions stay aligned. Provide a critical interface across functions to drive schedule, ensure required steps are completed, and enhance the integrated team results. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Long Lead‑

% of sites with switchboards and canopies ready when required by construction Short Lead-time 1 st time delivery: % of site that have the items delivered correctly on the first attempt. Project Close‑
Out Completion:
