We're hiring a Mitigation Project Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in managing mitigation projects from start to finish. Position Overview The Mitigation Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all project activities — from initial client contact to project completion. This includes managing technicians, subcontractors, and budgets, while ensuring client satisfaction and profitable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Contact clients promptly when leads come in; schedule appointments, assess project scope, and secure signed contracts. Communicate with insurance adjusters to review scope of loss and obtain necessary approvals. Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, adjusters, estimators, technicians, and team members throughout each project. Train, supervise, and motivate technicians to achieve efficient, high-quality results. Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation, including specifications and job plans. Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and daily project operations. Assist with on-site management and ensure job site safety and cleanliness. Ensure client satisfaction with project completion and handle any final needs or concerns. Participate in on-call rotation to respond to after-hours emergencies. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience). 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the restoration industry. Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience leading and motivating teams to achieve project goals. IICRC certification preferred. Must be able to wear all required PPE, including a full-face respirator. Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record; must be 21 years of age or older (insurance requirement). Successful completion of background check and drug screening required. $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
