full-time Project Manager Position Overview TAG is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to coordinate and drive multiple projects across the organization. This role will work closely with department heads to ensure key initiatives stay organized, on schedule, and moving toward completion. Projects will vary across the business and may include vehicle production and builds, new system implementations, employee training initiatives, process improvements, and other operational projects. The Project Manager will provide the structure, communication, tracking, and follow-through needed to keep multiple departments aligned and projects progressing. Key Responsibilities Manage and track multiple projects simultaneously across different departments. Develop project timelines, milestones, priorities, and action items. Coordinate with department heads and cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule. Track weekly vehicle builds and other production-related projects, identifying potential delays or dependencies. Coordinate new system implementations, including planning, testing, training, and rollout. Organize and track employee training and other company-wide initiatives. Lead project meetings and maintain clear documentation of decisions, responsibilities, and deadlines. Identify risks, roadblocks, and scheduling issues and work with appropriate teams to resolve them. Provide leadership with regular updates on project status, priorities, and outstanding issues. Ensure accountability and follow up with stakeholders on assigned tasks and deliverables. Qualifications 3-5+ years of project management, operations, program coordination, or related experience. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously. Strong organizational, planning, communication, and follow-up skills. Experience working across multiple departments and coordinating with department leaders. Ability to create and manage project schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and action items. Manufacturing or production environment experience is highly preferred. Experience with system implementations, process improvement, or employee training initiatives is a plus. PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification is preferred but not required.
