Job Description
Administrative Assistant Job Summary:
Lane's Contracting is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. This position will work closely with other Administrative Assistant and team by completing a range of clerical tasks and supporting the overall success of the goals set in place by the company.Skills & Qualifications:

- must be able to communicate effectively with both the team as well as customers on a daily basis

- Organization and prioritization are the core elements of the position.
REQUIRED.
- Adaptable
- Construction can be a changing environment depending on the day
- Computer Skills
- Quickbooks Experience (not required but a plus)
- Construction/Roofing Experience (not required but a plus)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer phones & greet visitors
- Schedule appointments & maintain calendar
- Prepare communications, such as emails, invoices, and other correspondence
- Enter Customers and Estimates into Quickbooks
- Create Job Folders as needed
- Communicate with customers on a daily basis/as needed
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Follow up with jobs as they are completed, file warranties/rebates, etc.
- Communicate with Foreman/Sales Rep in field on daily basis
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.00- $22.
