Job Description

Administrative Assistant Job Summary:
Lane's Contracting is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. This position will work closely with other Administrative Assistant and team by completing a range of clerical tasks and supporting the overall success of the goals set in place by the company.

  • Construction can be a changing environment depending on the day
  • Computer Skills
  • Quickbooks Experience (not required but a plus)
  • Construction/Roofing Experience (not required but a plus)
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones & greet visitors
  • Schedule appointments & maintain calendar
  • Prepare communications, such as emails, invoices, and other correspondence
  • Enter Customers and Estimates into Quickbooks
  • Create Job Folders as needed
  • Communicate with customers on a daily basis/as needed
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Follow up with jobs as they are completed, file warranties/rebates, etc.
  • Communicate with Foreman/Sales Rep in field on daily basis
