I&C Project Manager

Position:

Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Controls Project Manager to lead and oversee industrial and institutional projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

Establish, monitor, and track project milestones, deliverables, and performance standards to ensure successful execution.

Team Coordination:

Work closely with Superintendents and General Foremen to align field operations with project objectives and maximize team efficiency.

Scheduling & Budgeting:

Develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets; track Earned Value and key performance indicators to maintain alignment with scope and financial goals.

Cost Management:

Oversee project financials including pay applications, change orders, forecasting, and cost controls to ensure profitability.

Estimation & Forecasting:

Prepare accurate cost estimates at various project phases and provide ongoing financial forecasts through project completion.

Procurement:

Coordinate and manage the procurement of labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to support project timelines.

Client Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Contract Management:

Review and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, conditions, and project requirements.

Problem-Solving:

Proactively identify risks and challenges, implementing innovative and cost-effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure all work meets project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the electrical or I&C industry, with a strong background in project management for industrial and institutional projects. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules and budgets. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Experience with cost tracking, forecasting, and project financial management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach. Knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, commissioning, and industrial processes preferred.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
