Do:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting projects and operational initiatives across the organization. You will help teams stay organized, informed, and on schedule by coordinating meetings, maintaining project documentation, tracking action items, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems. Support project teams by maintaining project schedules, documentation, and status reporting. Perform accurate data entry and maintain project databases and tracking tools. Utilize Microsoft Suite to organize information and support project activities. Coordinate project meetings by scheduling attendees, preparing materials, documenting meeting notes, and distributing action items. Follow up with project contributors to ensure tasks are completed and project milestones remain on track. Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and communications for stakeholders. Maintain organized project documentation and support process improvement initiativesWhat You Will Bring:
Associate's degree, technical degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 0-2 years of professional experience in project coordination, administration, office support, data management, customer service, internships, or related roles. This position is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data, collaborating with diverse teams, and supporting project execution. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite i.e. Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Copilot. Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to facilitate routine meetings, capture meeting notes, document action items, and communicate follow-up requirements. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn project management principles and business processesWork Requirements:
This role is considered an on-site position located in Winston-Salem, NC You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.Citizenship Requirements:
