Full-time | Monday-Friday | 45+ hours per week Join a Growing Construction Team We're seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys building client relationships, managing multiple projects, and delivering quality work on time and within budget. In this role, you'll oversee every phase of the project lifecycle, including estimating, planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. You'll work closely with leadership, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. What You'll Do Manage construction projects from estimating through project completion. Prepare estimates by researching labor, material, and equipment costs. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. Develop project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field personnel throughout each project. Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and overall performance. Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance. Lead project meetings and communicate project status with clients and internal teams. Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact timelines or budgets. Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date. Support company leadership in achieving operational and safety goals. Maintain compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and industry safety standards. What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of construction project management experience . Experience with construction estimating, budgeting, and project scheduling. Strong understanding of construction contracts, project controls, and cost management. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Active driver's license with a safe driving record. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Preferred Experience Commercial, industrial, or civil construction experience. Experience working directly with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
