Job Description
Weathercraft Roofing of Broken Bow is now hiring for an additional sales & project manager position. Qualified applications will have at least six months experience in sales and/or construction, good people skills, be familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel and be able to handle and climb a 24-foot extension ladder. Must live near Broken Bow or be willing to relocate to the area. Job duties include managing leads, field measuring roofs and garage doors, estimating jobs, preparing proposals, selling jobs, overseeing projects, communicating with crew, customer service, and preparing invoices. Regular job functions based out of Broken Bow, but include travel up to 90 miles away (needed and expected). Overnights very rare. Travel as needed, usually 2-3 days per week. Company vehicle included. Salary position with commission incentives. Customer base already established. 401(k) with match, company funded profit sharing, health insurance available. Paid vacations and holidays upon accrual. We are willing to pay more for the right person with prior construction or roofing experience!
