Job Description

We are looking for an Insulation/Scaffold Project Manager with a good attitude. Willing to work with our team to help DeWine Mechanical grow as a company. This Candidate should have experience in both Scaffold and Insulation. Key Responsibilities of a
Project Manager:
Planning:
Defining project scope, goals, objectives, timelines, and resources.
Organizing:
Structuring the project, allocating tasks to team members, and establishing communication channels.
Executing:
Overseeing project activities, monitoring progress, and managing risks.
Controlling:
Tracking project costs, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and making necessary adjustments.
Closing:
Documenting project outcomes & evaluating performance
Communication:
Regularly communicating with clients, plant management, and team members to keep them informed and ensure alignment.
Problem Solving:
Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Essential Skills for a

Leadership:
Motivating and guiding team members to achieve project goals.
Communication:
Effectively conveying information to plant management and team members.
Time Management:
Planning and executing tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Budget Management:
Monitoring and controlling project costs to stay within budget.
Problem Solving:
Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Adaptability:
Adjusting plans and strategies as needed to respond to changes or unforeseen circumstances.
