Job Description
Purpose:
The Appraisal Project Coordinator provides timely and efficient appraisal services by utilizing strong computer, communication, and prioritization skills. This role supports the appraisal team through project coordination, reporting, and administrative functions to ensure accurate and professional results.Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare drafts for written appraisal reports. Develop and maintain spreadsheets and templates (Excel and Word). Create and update training manuals and logs. Assist with equipment report preparation, including inserts and invoicing. Maintain departmental work calendar and track appraisal projects and assignments. Organize and manage departmental project correspondence files and flow. Support continued education documentation and staff biographies. Perform accounts receivable follow-up, maintenance, and collections. Maintain log files, including project timesheets, expenses, and inspection days. Enter appraisal data into systems accurately and efficiently.Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong focus on Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (proofing, data comparison, merges, and spreadsheet creation). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional ethics and punctuality.Working Conditions and Environment:
Standard office hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Primarily office-based with regular use of computer systems. Light physical demands such as handling files and office supplies. Occasional interaction with customers, vendors, and other business contacts.Benefits
